Half the above mentioned airports are closed (e.g. Manston, Plymouth etc) and some don't have any commercial flights so are not really comparable to BOH.
If they were doing no worse than BOH, surely they would be doing just as well or better in fact? For the type of operation I would say that BOH is most comparable to SEN and DSA e.g. Mainly leisure flights...
