That's precisely the place where the legislation has been written for. It is designed to prevent landowners (farmers) from blocking mining and drilling companies from accessing their land. It is the first nail in the coffin of freedom of speech and ability to protest, turning us into a police state (no disrespect to the boys in blue, they didn't make the legislation) not dissimilar to some 3rd world dictatorships.
I can't believe the populace are not marching in the streets. You serve less time for murder.
