It was a little while ago now for me but i remember them asking specifically:
- How do i deal with pressure/stress
- Tell me a time that you were put under pressure working in a team environment
- Tell me a time when a leader made a decision you didn't agree with and what you did
- Would you be willing to work on shifts.
- How well do you work in a team, can you work independently
well that kind of question anyway. You just need to have a bit of practice answering normal interview questions and you will be fine. Theres a plethora of websites out there.... just remember to answer with the STAR approach and you should be fine..

As for the personality profile, it is what is is. You cant really dodge it up as it intentionally asks similar questions with different answers to gauge accuracy.
