Colin Child is a non-executive director of the Connect Group of companies (media distribution, educational supplies and parcel freight delivery). Their annual reports have been available for some months, as have those of Easyjet. But the board of directors of Fastjet have still not published their 2015 figures. I can see no valid reason for this other than to keep shareholders in the dark. This total lack of transparency is not a good sign and it seems to me that Colin Child is not doing any better than Ed Winter.
The only good sign (possibly) is that there has been no more news from Stelios - or maybe that's just the calm before the storm?
I should add that I have an interest in this because I have (very few) shares in FJET.
