Finally the Company and the Turkish Union have signed the new agreement. The union guys really think thats a good deal (keep in mind, exchange rate loss TRY-EUR of 40% since 2014 and inflation in Turkey ~10% per year)
Here the details (original text):

In the 25th Collective Labor Agreement that was signed;
-For the first half of 2016 7%, for the second half 6%,
-For the first half of 2017 4%, for the second half 4%,
-For the first half of 2018 4%, for the second half 4% of wage increase has been agreed.
The inflation difference that will occur in the 6 months’ period of 2017 and 2018 will be added into the wage increase rates.
In addition to this, for each of our employees who are the members of the Union net TL 5000 will be paid on equal basis as soon as possible.

Don't think this is going to stop the pilots from leaving. Even the Turkish guys are leaving as hell to Quatar, EK and others. Everyone I know in this company is looking for something else...

No change until now in the major issuses like:
Bloody rostering, no requests, Sick leave, poor English, role of FOs, ...
