Let me get this straight. An investment company is perhaps, maybe, who knows, purchasing BHD with the express intention to maybe, perhaps, who knows, develop the land it's on?! Christ. I despair. How long has the old Sirrocco works site lain empty? I appreciate it's been purchased now, but any development will take years. There's thousands of square metres still be developed in the Titanic Quarter, but hey, let's blow hundreds of millions on BHD, and then we can make a huge return by.......BUILDING A STADIUM!
They really need to stop all the redevelopment at Windsor Park, turn Ravenhill into an overflow carpark for BHD stadium and get to it quickly. No more wasted money.
Or, alternatively, nothing will change, they'll keep the site for a few years, then sell when the market suits them.
You decide which is more likely.
