No PER base anymore.
For a BNE-based Q400 F/O you can expect in each 28 day roster;
100-130 duty hours
70-80 flight hours
2-4 reserve days (of which you will work 3-4)
3-6 overnights
8-9 days off
New hires will probably see the rosters drop slightly but not by much.
As for whether you go onto the Q400 or the classic, that's all supply and demand and not necessarily based on your previous experience.
I guess the pay would be quite different being a FO on the Q400 or Q300?
