Sometimes the Lufthansa Group just have a default aircraft in their booking engine when it is so far in advance although you would hope that would not be the case for Eurowings if they are selling specific seats. Frankfurt for instance in October in general is set as LH952 A319, LH954 A320, LH956 A321 and LH958 A320 but winter is back to last years LH952 A321, and A320's the rest.
I would imagine that DUS in winter has yet to be updated but I would not be surprised to see it go two daily.

The change back to the 195 was rather late on some of the Munich services but to fair the 195 holds 122 and the 319 138 which is hardly much difference.
If you look at the figures since last summer they show a route on the up.
November 14294 (down 500) but an average on 99 pax per flight. Strikes I believe caused cancellations with 15 fewer rotations
December 14403 up 2% at an average of 97
January 15274 up 10%
February 16725 up 14.4% at an average of 101 (extra day of course)
Why would an airline averaging 100 pax per flight and 70% plus load factors put a 90 seat aircraft on the route? They would have to be pretty certain that they can either add an extra rotation with the 90 seat aircraft or make more money on another route with the 319.
Do we know if all the 195's are leaving for Austrian as I thought a small sub-fleet would be retained at Munich (around 6 or 8).
