The rumours of the logistics and share housing development at Cov are interesting just as DIRFT is expanding not that far away and Roxhill have achieved planning permission for a rail linked site just adjacent to East Midlands Airport. Coleshill has anothe rail linked logistics park near Birmingham Airport, there's another large logistics park near Lutterworth etc etc etc.
It's all very well moving and storing stuff about, but i see loads of empty warehouses around as I travel about the country.
Also government policy is to try to get things off the road network as much as feasibly possible and to support rail linked logistics hubs. Is Coventry rail linked?
