There's no reason to comment as no-one is against it - what happened was the NR decided to slip the decision by a year because of cost overrruns everywhere else
They suddenly announced the "consultaton" at the same time as the delay in starting work -or rather going for planning permisison -which the local authority fully support. It only affects TWo houses.................
