Had this happen while I was flying as an F/E on the 727 during a night approach to KBOS.

Both the Capt and F/O had set the wrong altimeter setting and because their lights were turned down so low, I didn't catch it. Luckily, a BOS approach controller caught our mistake as we descended 600 ft below our assigned altitude.
