Dick. Well that's fine in theory but the CVR loops generally run for 90 mins or 180 mins and are then wiped over. Also it takes a bit of effort to remove and download the CVR as well, grounding the Aircraft until it can be replaced......
Then you have the legal ramifications of listening to the CVR which would be opposed by the unions...
Too hard to do and by the time it was played probably too late.
