PR. Next....a true story ref the 'Dik-in-da-dinner' thread, and actually difficult to relate, for someone of my own refined up-bringing and sensibilities. Viz early 1970s, popular Australian skipper employed by an entirely different company, had reason to take issue over a sandwich as available to crew during rapid short haul turn-rounds. The cabin crew acquaintance, having answered a summons to the cockpit concurred rapidly, that the horrid amorphous wrinkly grey lumpy filling was extremely nasty and quite inedible. What our amateur magician had achieved, was of course, simply by cutting a hole in the base of the little blue snack tray issued as standard, and then ditto in the bottom layer of bread.
