Does anyone know which of these are only for a cadet (w/ less than 10 hrs) and if all of these are required for AE in stage 2?

I'm not sure, but I hear that group exercise and flight planning aren't tested on cadets - only on AE (in which AE has to do all that's required above in stage 2).. Again not sure that's why i'm asking.. Cheers!
Youre getting it pretty mixed up.
The cadet stage 2 consists of both the group exercise and the flight planning (and ofcourse the technical interview) but not the aptitude test. The apt test is done back in 1A.
Im not sure about AE but according to the AE guys that ive chatted with, they did their Apt test back in their stage 1 either back in their home country or what not. Then their stage 2 is split into 2 days. First day 747 sim and group exercise, 2nd day technical interview, medical and ICAO english. (dont trust me completely on my AE info lol)
