CTC will naturally prefer their candidates over others - simply business - but it's all supply and demand - if they had enough people to supply then airlines wouldn't be seeing a shortage leading to a recruitment drive ..... They would quietly recruit internally as they have always done so......
I feel this is changing and hence - if they see less people doing the 16 hr Courses - they will ask you to add it on provided you fit the profile.
Eitherway you have to wait and see
a painful wait but hope is a great thing......
My turmoil continues with this wait....��
