Part 91 and VWP Signatory
Is anybody familiar with the application process to become a signatory carrier on the visa waiver program?
I've read the instructions available online but still had some questions, and none of the CBP phone numbers work.
Is there a fee to sign up? As part 91 operations, what kind of payment records do we need to provide? (The instructions seem to be refering to past fines, user fee payments etc. to CBP but not sure)
Any information would help.
