Read the bulletin very carefully. Parts are only free on Mandatory Bulletins for a specific period of time only, after that Agusta, Agusta Westland, Finmeccanica, Leonardo makes you pay for the parts. Waiting 20 days till after the date on the Mandatory Bulletin and you will be paying for the parts. If you are purchasing an aircraft that has not been operated in awhile and mandatory bulletins have come out make sure you are fully aware of the cost of the parts as this can be a become a very big issue when trying to sell the aircraft. If you happen to operate a fleet of aircraft your Customer Service Manager might be inclined to "work with you" if you have exceeded the Compliance Date on the bulletin. Single aircraft operators will not find themselves in such an accommodating position as the Customer Service Manager works with specific quotas and is usually not inclined to grant such leniency.
