That would be a completely stupid reason to stay at CX. What? Choke on life altering pollution for decades to avoid a bigger tax bill. Want to live in a "civilized" country? Then pay your damn taxes. Don't like paying high taxes? Elect some hard-line conservatives to slash and burn a bloated government that cannot even afford a decent military to protect the country.
