I doubt anything will happen - either more suckers will invest and keep the company staggering on or it will go down the toilet, unless Stelios Haji-Ioannou has any influence on the appointment of new senior management.
What should happen is that they cut their cloth according to their cloth. Just one small example - Coastal Aviation crews live in perfectly acceptable accommodation, close to work in Tabata, whilst Fastjet crews live in very expensive accommodation moles from work in Mikocheni. Just one small example, but the sort of thing that helps make the company's overheads so much more than those of its competitors. There are many more small things all of which add up to one large over-expenditure.
