Hi Skyfarmer. I don't know the technical side of this board or how it's run, that is in the hands of the admins of the site. If you wish, you can contact them with these questions by pressing the ' Contact Us 'button. I am sure you would get some good feedback from them doing it this way.
As for multiple posts, well, we do try to encourage people not to do this. If I read it right, what you are asking for is when you write a new thread there is an option to send that new thread to a few other forums? If this is the case then that would be seen as a form of the dreaded 'Multiple posting '
and we don't like that here. Please see my post a few above this about how to deal with posting in more than one forum.
