BA Cityflyer career progression
Hi guys!
I have been doing research about BA Cityflyer, I have managed to find some valuable info on this forum but I still have some unanswered questions and I would really appreciate if someone knowledgeable could share some information.
1. What interests me the most is the career progression opportunities, especially how long on average it normally takes to upgrade from FO to Captain position.
Any real opportunities to become a TR instructor and a line training Captain?
2. I am also wondering if the airline offers type rating in exchange for a bond or is it a self-funded TR?
3. I found some information regarding salary on pilotjobsnetwork and some on this forum but I am still not sure how much a bonded F/O can expect for a starting salary.
