I am going to Malaga in a few months though and I'm using Monarch on the way down but on the way back th eonly way I found to get a few hours out of the last day was to go via Brussels on the way back, so there might be a gap in the evening for norwegian to fill. Purely based on my one time anecdotal evidence though.
I think money talks on routes like AGP/ALC.
Ryanair can (and do) fill their aircraft every single day during the summer holidays regardless of flight times.
