160to4 - I must be hugely lucky then and you very unlucky. I fly through T5 every week and T3 MAN about twice a month. I can not recall the last time I queued at T5 (albeit as a fast track domestic point to point passenger so I do not dispute your connections experience which sounds terrible) and I have never not queued at T3, whether it be weekday, weekend, morning, midday or late evening. To be honest, I can cope with the queues, its the shouting that I could do without. I am making the journey next week so will take some measurements.
