Once you put your application, if successful you will be invited for an assessment day and then simulator session in Exeter.
I was enquiring about what this assessment day will entail.

Unless things have changed with CTC's involvement (pretty sure CTC are dealing solely with the upfront selection process, but I may be wrong) the interview and subsequent sim check are covered in earlier pages in this thread - appreciate this runs to 15 pages now, but well worth a read through in my view.
