2 (TWO) people have left due to ID problems and that was because previous employers would not return references.
Rosters are far from erratic - come out regularly, get up to 6 weeks ahead and changes are very low for a CHARTER airline.
Maybe excellent crew is all you should have said about the company. Its often best not to listen to airline tittle-tattle.
