Pilot Assessment Criteria

Hello Everybody,

Could someone perhaps help me with a modern pilot assessment or rating criteria guidline for interviews. From CV selection to the actual interview. I am aware that the point system seems to work best, which takes into account experience, education, knowledge, etc...

Any advise or input will be much appreciated.
