Somehow you've substituted your English Keyboard for an American one. I'm running W7 on this machine, & can't refer to W10 just now, but you'll find the means of correction in 'settings'. Assuming that you had the '@' before, you'll find that you already have the English English version already loaded; you'll just have to reselect it.
