Looking for help with a particular aspect of the BA website (a big ask, I know!)
The problem is that I am currently down route in Oz and no access to the Flying Club helpline. Also, after I found the problem, the regular BA helpline here had closed for the day, so hope to get some overnight help.
I need to book an additional Oz internal flight, using BA Avios on QF. The BA website naturally says that they do not serve the route (SYD-PER) but their help pages tell me I can select 'partners' to get the other options (QF). BUT, the option to select partners is nowhere to be found. I spent 45 minutes on many, many pages and help pages but could not find how to book this route with Avios.
In the UK, I had been able to. Any suggestions or links most welcome. Thanks.
