If you live in the EU, there is a good possibility that you have some form of leave-to-remain in that particular country. That leave-to-Remain (Visa) will have a set of conditions attached to it and one of them is the Right-to-work in that country.
So, you could have that Visa if you are in the EU or have indefinite leave to remain in that EU country but have decided to return to Tunisia which case you could still have the Right-to-work in the EU.
To cut along story short; check your entry clearance (Visa) in your passport or perhaps if you have dual citizenship with an EU member.
