I think Ethiopia posts the news to promote their own blog/site, so, probably knew the news had been posted already.
In terms of T3, one of the video blurbs to accompany the fly through showed Brad Miller and he clearly said 'T3 will also be enlarged', so, it's probably to be released at a later date.
MAG still confident that the main build (in terms of the actual start of the T2 TP) will be starting next month.
