On the downside, the arrangement with Condor probably means no direct MT flights from MAN going East to the likes of BKK or India, that's Condor country from FRA.
I suspect that may change if TOM ever start to build a significant number of direct longhaul routes going East from MAN. After all, in the other direction Condor has a large number of nonstop westbound flights from Germany to North America and the Caribbean.
The biggest hurdle for both TCX and TOM going East is more likely to be the MEB3 rather than each other (or Condor), since EK/EY/QR are particularly strong to destinations such as BKK, Phuket, Bali etc via their ME hubs.
