DO NOT let a doc touch your FAA MEDICAL unless you personally know them or have vetted them, they screw that up it's could cost you thousands, or worse.
I'd just use your FAA medical over there and renew to a local medical when needed, it would be a cold day in hell before I let a doc, or anyone, in Windhoek access my medexpress forums.
