In the light of prices quoted for construction of a new runway at either LHR or LGW, it has become clear that MAG did not pay a
high price for STN at all. In fact, it could eventually become recognised as one of the bargains of the century. They could sell STN for multiples of the price originally paid right now if they wished to do so.
