The cons you listed are not unique to AI. There is no airline in the world with perfect working environment. It is no longer an elite industry. Some airlines are spending way too much money on
PR using few employees/models to attract experienced talent, but they are no different. You will know once you join.
If 30% of AI pilots are set to retire over next year(news report), wouldn't it speed up the time to command???
IMHO folks were perfectly a OK to use tax payer funds to get training and move on quickly, but now with stringent contracts AI is not viable anymore.
