I don't care for it. If they are planning on having a similar system (I've been told there are some differences between rostering and how we bid), then there are some "gotchas."
First, it's an old program that is a little complicated to learn. Learning about sets, waves, and H++ for the first time will make your head spin.
The biggest drawback to me is that if it cannot meet all the requirements that you bid for, then it flushes the entire bid. Thus you end up making 6-8 different bids with progressively looser requirements to try and get what you want, and it's time consuming.
I'm on reserve so I'm just bidding for specific days off, but I've heard for line holders it becomes much more complicated as you bid for trips based on credit, layovers, etc.
