I'd be surprised if both MAN - EWR and BHX - EWR aren't upgraded to a 763 by 2018.
BHX, really?, look at EDI and DUB both have a second daily and the other returned since IAD started (both MAN/DUB) lost second daily EWR and MAN has not got it back yet.
