what type of radar display is this?
This is supposed to be a radar screen showing primary radar echos close to were MH17 was shot down.

Anyone know what kind of screen and software used? Is this a replay screen of Indra Aircon 2000 maybe? Bigger image here http://i.imgur.com/1zCXFtD.jpg
