first off, congrats on getting offer from both the airlines.
IMHO, any airline that has to up their bond to 10 years to keep people from leaving says a lot about the working conditions there.
Gone are the days when "sarkari" was enough to attract and retain the pilots. Today , quality of life, company culture, time to command, progression ,communication and openness of management to employees are all integral to an employee sticking around.
Air India is learning it the hard way unfortunately. They will get the required numbers now but to retain experience is the difficult part and no amount of slavery tactics will stem the flow .Attitude change takes time unfortunately.
