Well, regarding your post, I believe the duration for your type rating at CTE will be quite long itself. Don't know how long do they take to train their own recruits but for external candidates it takes somewhere 6-9 months, as per their brochure.
So, I believe that should even out, any wait, if at all after TR for IndiGo.
Air India, someday you could end up flying the Dreamliner, not before 8-10 years though, for IndiGo, who knows A321neo could be quite sooner than that period.
Well, can't say much about the bond for Indigo, apart from paying upfront for the Type Rating at Air India, IndiGo looks the optimum choice.
