Cons:1-no salary increment and no fixed hours apart from basic salary.
2-10 years surity bond and bg of 22L for TR for tenture of 5 yrs.
3-career progression is slower compared to indigo in terms of FO to command.
Indigo:Pros
1)stable company with good fleet expansion a320neo's
(2)good salary cheque with good career progression
(3)no bond*
Cons:waiting time can be of 4-5 months after tr complition.but i feel its worth to wait to get the best
