Skill test in UK requires medical, couple hours of flying and adopting bunch of new rules that only UK applies I think taking a UK skill test is the last option for now.

I'm waiting a response from CAA, both Italian and UK.
There is a shortest way is that taking an Italian CAA English theory exams here, if they don't mess with my UK GS completion certificate either.
