You start to get the feeling that something ominous and life-changing is about to happen to our operation. Every edge is fraying, and meanwhile management seem to think that spending money on new paint is equivalent to an 'industry leading' strategy. Rostering, leave, SOP's, housing, fatigue, training, checking, catering, maintenance, etc, etc. What a shambles.
