By the way, this is not quite correct. There is no requirement to apply pro spin rudder. The correct recovery is to confirm that full anti-spin rudder is applied, move the stick fully aft, and then slowly forward until the spin stops.
This will obviously use a lot of height, which is the main reason I have not tried to induce the high rotation rate spin myself.
