Actually, for those who think that there would be a problem with medical treatment in Turkey, I'd remind them that continuing to the UK would mean using the NHS. That would probably mean waiting a month for an appointment and a further six for any treatment if you were lucky enough to get any, and based on my experience, you'd have a 50/50 chance of having a doctor that can spell their own name, let alone correctly diagnose the problem.
Oh, and the standard of English in Turkey is much higher than in England.
