How to embed a YOUTUBE video:-
1 From the URL (long string of letter/numbers starting h ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=.......) at the top of of the video you want to embed, copy
everything after 'v=' (gap in the 'http' deliberately left in this example to avoid a YOUTUBE frame being uploaded)
2. On the 'Reply to Thread' page click on the
icon and paste the previously copied 'everything after v=' into the gap between the two pairs of square brackets
