Hey all, well have done my ASIC & my references have been checked however received a really disheartening email today
Over the past few weeks we have been working through the ground school dates and allocating all of the positions we currently have available.
"Due to the overwhelming number of applicants we have been lucky enough to progress through to medical, your application will be placed on hold for 12 months. If a position becomes available within this period you will be notified and we will advise of next steps.
This email does not mean you are unsuccessful it just means your application is on active hold for now."
I mean...what are the chances that they'll be doing another ground school... How could they over recruit? Don't they have certain numbers they need to recruit for? Feeling so sad!
