The Flt Lt 'package'
Hello all, I'm on a fact finding mission. Has anyone seen any figures from NEM presentations or communications that layout the value of the Flt Lt package? I'm wondering what the market rate of a top rate Flt Lt / Mid Sqn Ldr on enhanced rate FP would equal when you take into account the pension, housing etc. Thanks for any info.
