Anyone can throw out random dates. I am not saying that the person from whatsapp group cannot have had insider knowledge. But at this juncture we should take all comments from fellow candidates as speculation.
I have had a conversation with the HR long back and was told it would be out on 13th or 14th of Jan. Since then I have only once spoken to that person and he simply said it will be out soon, the wait won't be long.
27th Jan was also put out as possible date for the results. The day is not over yet. So let's wait it out.
