I hate to sound a party pooper but you may well be disappointed in the package. Had a colleague join them several years ago. Says it was the biggest mistake ever, apparently nothing more than a long haul version of Ryanair. Not only is the salary almost half, the work is just as tiring and there are hardly any perks to speak off. I had briefly considered it as a possible move back to LGW and to escape the hours here but the contract is a shocker. Wouldn't even waste the 10 dirhams in fuel for the roadshow.
