The F28s we had could happily operate max BRW ex DPO and seldom had LW problems on the MEL run.
We did one DPO OOL nonstop with a full -4000 and that was right on maximum.
No offloads at all where the TN DC9-30s ex LST did have problems to the degree that traffic staff would go through the cabin with missing baggage forms before departure.
